As a registered behavior technician (RBT), I am pursuing certification as a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). This advanced training will enable me to provide even more effective and evidence-based interventions for children and adults with complex needs.With over six years of experience in the education field, I have honed my skills in creating individualized education plans (IEPs), collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams, and implementing evidence-based practices to support learning and behavior. I have worked with students of all ages, from preschool through high school, and I have experience working in both mainstream and special education school settings.In my current role as an RBT, I provide one-on-one therapy to children with autism and related disorders, implementing interventions based on the principles of applied behavior analysis. I work closely with families and caregivers to ensure that the child's progress is being monitored and that goals are being met.
