Responsibilities included:• Leading the implementation of the assigned Application suite and its efficient integration with different solutions.• Acting as Technical Project Manager in some projects.• Preparing and issuing reports to the Project Manager on the progress and Studying carefully offered solution and escalate any concerns related to the project.• Assigning the functional consultants to their respective modules in accordance to their technical skills and areas of expertise.• Acting as the main interface with the key user(s) and discuss with them the details of the required.• Supervising the functional consultants implementation documentations accuracy • Acting as second line support for his team and client, by providing technical advice for occurring problems. • Cooperating and communicates with the other Team Leaders working on other modules, within the same project, to achieve successful and efficient solutions integration.

Responsibilities included:• Reviews proposals and contract for ERP projects, from a Technical point of view.• Select and build Oracle ERP strong team from internal interview and internal training and awareness.• Reviews and undertakes quality assurance on all Vendor deliverables before they are sent to the business owner. • Follows-up on stage approvals with the Business owners and compiles acceptance sheets for each module.• Prepares and sent biweekly progress reports to the CEO Manager. • Collect and Prepares and then submits weekly activity reports to the IT Manager.

Responsibilities included:• Leading the Consultant team for all SAP Business areas. • Building strong team in MM,PP,SD and FICO .• Supporting presales team and sales team in offered applications and building SAP pipeline .• Reviews proposals from a Technical point of view .• Manages day-to-day technical activities within the project taking place on the client site and within the team working at Giza and manages the problems that arise. • Monitors resources on the project, assigns work to the team, and monitors the progress of the team, ensuring that all project milestones are achieved in a timely manner. • Reviews and undertakes quality assurance on all client deliverables prepared by the team before they are sent to the client, ensuring that they meet the required standards and specifications.• Monitors the actual testing at all levels and reviews the testing reports prepared at all levels.• Assesses the training needs of the team and prepares a training plan for submission to the ERP Solution Manager. .• Prepares and submits weekly activity reports to the ERP Solution Manager.
