HSE Manager QIC PMO HSE Department.- Conduct safety meetings and Kick-off meetings for new Consultants & Contractors to communicate QCSM safety requirements and ensure its implementation." -Review and approve submittals including Project site-specific safety Program, emergency response Plan, Contractor safety staff, and high-risk JSA."-Provides project management team with guidance on health and safety and confirms project site fulfills the safety requirements and regulations.-Evaluate practices, procedures, and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the applicable requirements-To assist management in the coordination of safety activities -Conducting weekly Management safety walkthroughs-Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities, or new prevention measures-Conduct frequent site inspections to ensure Consultant /contractor compliance with the project safety requirements."

-Ensure Saudi Aramco SMS compliance, Project safety index, and other required weekly & monthly SAUDI ARAMCO safety inspection. -Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety-Evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the requirment-Review/assessment of contractor activities to determine the contractors’ adherence to developed JSAs, HIPs, or safety plans. -Coordination with LPD to resolve safety-related issues for the site -Conduct interviews and approve Contractor Safety staff.-Verify/Monitor contractors perform Emergency Drills and Critiques on Credible Scenarios. -Verify contractors use certified and qualified workers/supervisors for those tasks which require specific qualifications (e.g., scaffold supervision, work permit receivers, heavy equipment operators, riggers, and excavation competent persons) -Review and verify contractors report/classify/investigate accurately and consistently for all incidents -Verify that risks identified and addressed that are posed by the operations of others adjacent to its facilities and/or connected by a system or utility -To assist management in the coordination of safety activities -Conduct weekly leadership safety walkthroughs -Evaluates the effectiveness of environmental awareness and education courses developed to promote sound environmental practices at work and in the community. -Review submittals, including Contractor site-specific safety Programs, high-risk JSA, critical lifts, excavations, scaffolding plans,s, etc.

Implement Loss prevention programs, Saudi Aramco GI, and manage SH&E programs at a facility or multiple facilities. Evaluate programs, issue recommendations, and implement changes. Interact with Senior Management as necessary, liaised with all other functional First Line management and supervision, and responded to emergencies and incidents.Working with senior management to ensure Saudi Aramco Safety Management System compliance. Evaluate monthly Project Safety Index and PM Incident & closely monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to ensure compliance and update the SA system accordingly.  Project management, inspection, supervision for construction of 380/230 kV new Jubail-II GIS substation under contract # 30631069/00 with two double circuit 380 kV line evacuating power from Marafiq 380kV S/S, one 380kV line from Ghazlan PP S/S and three 380kV double circuit lines going to Ma’aden S/S, Al-Fadhili S/S & Dahiyah S/S. In addition to this one more 230 kV DC OHTL is going to Saudi Kayan (PMD) S/S and NIGC S/S.  Ensure compliance of all contractor and sub-contractor with SEC-ERB safety standards and company approved loss prevention program.
