Presently engaged working on a complex transformation project for COB line of business which consists of merging two separate systems into a managed streamlined solution to help drive growth and reduce overall cost. Separately, working on a CAV line of business transformation project to help externalize embedded business rules on ETL pipeline to a central repository and run time environment. This will help business identify rule inconsistency easily and manage rules more effectively to produce higher operation yields and revenue growth. My strengths are staying abreast of changing application and data technology landscape trends, strategic IT planning aligning with business focus, model conceptual, logical, physical, capability models and business architecture tying to business value chain. I help drive my team, consisting of business analyst, project manager, onshore and off shore developers and QA analysts, to produce various deliverables to our business partners on agreed timelines.
