Responsible for the Commercial Asset portfolio of 10 branches of the area. Marketing fresh Commercial asset relationships of seasonal and non seasonal nature.  Ensuring strong and profitable asset relationships.  Maintaining asset portfolio of approximately Rs. 3.00 Billion of seasonal and non-seasonal nature. Initiating fresh loan proposals, conducting Financial and Cash Flow Analysis and ascertaining Working Capital and Seasonal Finance Requirements of the business.  Ensuring the adequacy of offered collateral securities by visiting the proposed properties and conducting market check.  Arranging and vetting legal opinions on genuineness and fitness of the properties to create bank’s mortgage charge.  Satisfying and responding the concerns of Credit Risk Management and securing loan approvals.  Execution of post approval documentation formalities like execution of mortgage formalities, charge documentation and obtaining Disbursement Authorization from the Credit Administration Department.  Post disbursement keen monitoring of the portfolio.  Ensuring credit health and performance of the portfolio by way of Credit Maintenance during the currency of limit.  Monitoring and visiting pledge sites in different frequencies of time and ensuring bank’s effective control & custody over the pledged stocks.  Ensuring timely adjustments of credit facilities and regular markup servicing by pursuing the relationships.

* Credit Risk Assessment of Corporate / Commercial clients for Long Term Financing Products, Leasing, Commodity financing against pledge, Short term financing and Bank Guarantees etc. * Experience in Industry Sector mainly: Textile (Spinning, Garment, Weaving etc), Industrial Manufacturing, Iron and Steel, Cable, PMC bags, Pipe, Textile, Commodity Processing Industry (such as Sugar, Rice, Pulses), Pharmaceutical etc. * Credit analysis includes understanding the business, analyzing financial statements, analyzing and preparing Projections, use advanced excel skills and modeling tools, market intelligence to make sensible forecast and facts etc. * Prepare recommendation sheet with all possible risks related to concerned credit loan memorandum and thereby submit to Credit Committee with appropriate credit suggestions (such as Recommend/Decline/Maintain /Declining Balance) and make sure that Credit Committee Decisions are implemented.* Liaison with Credit Administration, Legal department and other departments in respect of required documentation, operational issues etc. as per approved guidelines and policies. * Supervise and monitor existing credit facilities & exposure through periodic progress reports to ensure they remain appropriate for regular and adequate utilization & settlement and inform delinquency, if any, to senior management; Keep follow-up of renewals of credit limits of existing customers from CF. * Ensure credit applications are in line with credit policies and procedures and in compliance of prudential regulations and that all required documentation are available in credit file and archive the same document in system.
