To ensure effective utilization of finance and conducting internal control activities in a manner so that the existing control environment is further strengthened & profitability of the Group is maximized. The reporting hirearcy is trusted to assist Group C.E.O & other responsibilities include:o Liaison with banks/financial institutions & manage complete financing facility portfolioo Arrangement & effective Utilization of Financing Facilities from Banks/DFIo Arrangements for Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Shipping Guarantees, Leasing facilities, Machinery Financing, Insurance Guarantees, FATR and FIM facility.o Ensure utilization of existing financing limits for maximum results at low finance costo Monitoring business revenues, sales average and predicting future trendso Prepare SWOT analysis for management review on Quarterly basiso Supervise payable module and ensure payable accuracy in ERPo Supervise receivable module and ensure receivable accuracy in ERP o Review of vendor purchase rates and discuss with relevant person for negotiationo Supply chain raw material purchase analysis o Product costing (import & local)o Ensure compliance and cost controlling factorso Prepare Management accounts and make analysis through financial ratioso Review the Duty working on Import Clearanceo Review Tax working before paying it to treasuryo Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-annually and annually budgeted cash flow plano Budget trend & variance analysiso Cash management system (CMS)o Ensure & supervise organizations’ internal control policies and procedures (SOPs’)o Ensure implementation of risk management policies & procedureso Ensure and supervise credit risk measures for customerso Ensure to keep all insurances in complianceo Coordinating with External Auditors, Consultants and Lawyerso Support in implementation and maintenance of ERP solution

Responsible for collating all forecasts for product costing and updating all budgetary forecasts with the actual results on Monthly and Quarterly results. Manage and enhance CA/SA portfolio of 280 million along with TDR’s of 97 million and monthly targets of BANCA Takaful Assurance, bring four NTB’s every month, Scrutiny of bank accounts before sending it to operations department for central LSF region.
