As Registry Site Manager for the American College of Cardiology's National Cardiovascular Data Registry Program, I serve as the principal liaison between the ACC-NCDR and Tabba Heart Institute for both the CathPCI Registry and the Chest Pain-MI Registry. Responsible for supervising the NCDR data collection and ensuring the accuracy of the data, Receive & discuss the data reports with the Chief of Cardiology and Executive director of the hospital. Tabba Heart Institute (THI) has received the Platinum performance award in 2021 & Silver performance award of Chest-Pain MI Registry in 2020 from the American College of Cardiology. THI is the FIRST & ONLY hospital from Pakistan to receive this prestigious honor.

I am responsible to manage all the CROP Registries. CROP, CathPCI Registry is the largest cardiovascular database registry in the country with 125+ participating sites (Cardiac care facilities) across the country. I am engaged with the CROP since its onset (Development to launch).- Responsible to conduct the clinical registries, including staff training, project monitoring, data collection and analysis and preparation of results and reports, and communication with investigators and all the stakeholders, - Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with investigators and stakeholders to support registry objectives and coordinating, and attending stakeholder meetings.- Ensure that research activities performed are conducted in accordance with study protocols and theand internationally accepted guideline- Provide support to the participating sites about the quality metrics & how they can use registries for the quality improvement of the cardiovascular patients at their hospitals.
