These meetings were crucial for understanding the company's operations, strategies, and client base. I observed how business decisions were made, which provided insights into client management and the importance of aligning business objectives with customer needs. In addition to business ideation, I gained exposure to the procurement aspect of the business. This included understanding the supply chain dynamics, vendor selection, and procurement strategies that the company employed to maintain a steady supply of raw materials for fertilizer production. I learned about the negotiation processes, contract management, and the importance of maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the timely availability of high-quality raw materials.The major portion of my articleship revolved around GST return filing and financial data analysis, which formed the core of my training. I was responsible for preparing and filing GST returns, ensuring compliance with the latest regulations. This involved a meticulous review of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in the tax filings, and resolving discrepancies that could lead to compliance issues. Through this process, I developed a deep understanding of indirect taxation and the complexities involved in GST regulations.
