Responsibilities Inspection of Product and Materials, Accessories according to Siemens Standard Process. To ensure Best Quality of Product before dispatch to customer also monitoring and Controlling of Product as per QC- Protocol beside afford mentioned responsibilities following reporting work also carried out. x Maintaining the early defect detection and perform to remove deficiency x Prepare the Process Rejection Reports (PRR). For abnormalities. x Analysis the Rejection reports in order to minimize/remove the deficiencies. x Create the feedback report for improve the product and informed to chain management concerned. x Performed Final Inspection of the product (Standard / customized) as per Sales/Customer requirements according to requirement which is received with the shape of Dispatch Intimation and ensure customer satisfaction by all means.
