Rehan Shaurya is a graduate from Film and Television Institute of India, having a varied experience in corporate videos, TV, Theatre and having studied Filmmaking, he brings an amalgamation of films and business together in his venture - Arius Arts & Investments. For the past 6 years he has been working in the Corporate Film Sector, simultaneously doing Theatre to write and direct his own stories. Eventually finding his company to bring quality Film Production to Jharkhand. He aims to make Feature Film in his life.He has been a prolific and known figure as a writer and director in the Mumbai Theatre circuit for his numerous works in plays like Soulmates, The Dark Side, Rapture, Someday and Taboo Talks. He started his creative journey in award winning documentary Advait Sangeet as an assistant director which was the opening film of Indian Panorama at IFFI, Goa.He is an alumnus of Film and Television Institute of India, where he did a course in direction. Prior to this, he graduated in Mass Communication and Video Production from St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi. He worked with the National award winning director Shri Prakash on his feature film – Baha, before joining FTII. Coming from a varied experience in media and corporate, he started with working in the TV industry, he left the media industry to work for the organizations like Globally Managed Services - a Business Consultancy Firm, the Club of Rome - a global Think Tank, and Balipara Foundation - an NGO for Environmental Conservation, before returning back to the creative field.
