My role entails:- End to end P&L accountability for Conventional VAS and Digital as well as Enterprise and Creative verticals- Ensuring seamless operations and fuelling business growth via expansion into new markets and domains.- Overseeing HR, Finance, Admin & Procurement functions across all group entities.- Spearheading a comprehensive transformation initiative by implementing policies, structural enhancements, and improved operational methodologies.

- Management of all Global Markets & Indirect Categories including Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Care, Sims, Mobile Broadband (MBB), Logistics, Facilities Management and Travel- P&L responsibility for a 60+ member global team that managed 1 Billion USD Annual spend for 9 Countries in Nordics and Asia

Telenor Procurement Company (TPC), established in 2017 and headquartered in Singapore, operates as a subsidiary of the Telenor Group. TPC delivers Global Category Management as a service to the Telenor Business Units, taking full accountability for the end-to-end sourcing process and performance of global spend. - Responsible for E2E Transport NW Category Management including Strategy Development, RFQ execution, Contract Negotiation, Supplier Management for 9 Telenor BUs having an Annual spend of 400M+ USD- Transport Category includes IP Routers, Optical WDM systems, Security/Firewall GWs, Microwave, Fiber Build, Leased lines, IP Transit, International Capacity and Satellite capacity.- Part of Global Network Sourcing Management team that oversees Strategy, Standardization, Demand Management and timely execution of all NW RFQs for all Telenor BUs.- Managing Network Supplier Relationship, Strategy development and Roadmaps- Managing Stakeholders at Group, BUs at C-Level while leading a team spread over 9 countries in matrix structure- Executed several RFQs for Transport domain resulting in realized savings of 100M+ USD within three years.- YoY CAPEX & OPEX planning and providing input for sourcing efficiencies to CTOs, Group Technology.

Worked for Telenor Group based out of Asia HQ in a Regional role to support several cross-border Transformation projects. - Driving Cross-border projects to define Operating model strategies for Telenor Asian Business units.- Planning & Delivery of Global Delivery Center in Asia for five Business units.- Led Asia IP, DWDM connectivity project that connected Telenor units in Asia enabling Telenor to achieve `Internet for All` ambition.- Led Network Operational Efficiency(OE) initiative at Asia level to achieve OPEX Targets.- Program Lead(Interim) for Core Virtualization program for Asian BUs

I worked for five years from TGS Regional office in Dubai to support Regional sales team in pre-sales activities and translate customer/business needs into Solutions & then ensure its Service Delivery.Responsible for Solution Design & Project/Service delivery of International services towards Telenor Asian Business units & 100+ external customers in the region. Telenor`s International services portfolio included Voice, SMS, SS7/SIGTRAN/LTE Roaming, IP/TDM/VSAT connectivity & Data\GRX.

I worked in Telenor Pakistan for about Three years.- Managed a team of several engineers responsible for Planning, Design, Deployment & Optimization of CS Core, PS Core (GPRS, EDGE) & LDI network- Responsible for Planning of International Voice & Roaming related services- Led several RFP`s for various projects & products.

I joined Planning department of Warid shortly after it`s launch.- Responsible for Core Network Planning & Optimization ( Ericsson 35+ MSC`s & 8HLR`s).- Capacity planning for 12M Subscribers on the basis of traffic trend & Commercial forecast.- Planned, Tested & launched 50+ new IREG & GPRS Roaming partners

I joined Mobilink as a Graduate Engineer & progressed to Team Lead – NSS Operations (North) position within Two years & led a team of six Engineers.- Performed Front Office & Back Office activities, Corrective Maintenance & Preventive Maintenance of Siemens, Alcatel & Huawei MSCs, HLRs, IN & VAS nodes.
