Monthly Scope is of around 250 Sites per month. 2) ZTE-Telenor RF Project:Responsible for the execution of TP-ZTE-RF Project in South region. Having offices in Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur and Quetta Region with the team of 06 DT Engineers, 02 Reporting Engineer and One RNO. Our Monthly target is of Around 150 Sites.3) ZTE-Telenor RMS Project:Responsible for the execution of TP-ZTE-RMS Project in South region. Initially we have sites in Karachi, Thatta and HUB Region. We have 10 Teams for its execution. Monthly Scope is of around 500 Sites Per month.

 Manage and Supervise team of BSS field engineers in the conduct of routing fault restorations in accordance with assigned GSM field operations, Administration & maintenance duties. The Duties can span the complete range of equipment and system practices encompassed by the GSM, depending upon the network components build within the area of responsibility.  Responsible for entire team Performance and preparation of reports and action plans in relation to O&M task and responsible for O&M routing and restoration work for BSS system and its ancillary.  Development & Maintenance of appropriate Mechanisms/tools/devices to capture the feedback from all relevant sources and effective inventory Management.( Tools , Spares & equipment)  Implementation of Quality Audit to all CE � telecom works, perform the test required before the site is officially on air with coordinating Project Director and Vendor, to avoid major deficiencies.  Supervision and coordination of Quality Audit /acceptance activates in coordination with NOC.  Corrective and Preventive maintenance of equipments (BSS/TXN/PWR/CME) & coordinating with other departments for capacity, quality and operational issues.  Coordinating with customer for operational issues.  Lead the team of technical resources for field activities.  Take actions on Opex saving initiatives & Provisioning of O & M scheduled reports. Customer complains handling and resolution.  Installation, commissioning of equipments (BTS, Microwave, Repeaters etc.)  Interacting with 3rd party vendors. Hardware and Software Up-Gradations.

PTCL USF CDMA Dadu Project:Project include of 21 BTS Sites Rollout on Turn Key Basis on Sites scattered in Remote areas of Hyderabad, Sukkur, Thatta and Dadu regions. PTCL USF CDMA Pashin Project:Project of 23 BTS Sites Roll out on Turn Key basis on Sites scattered in remote areas of WTR Pashin and Qila Abdullah Region of WTR. PTCL CDMA Phase III Project:Project of 13 BTS Sites and Two BSC’s Roll out on Turn Key basis on Sites scattered in remote areas of Hyderabad, Sukkur and Dadu Regions.Warid Project Phase 6.1 & 6.2:Project of 54 New BTS Sites rollout on Turn Key basis covering Whole South region including Quetta and Baluchistan. A project of 350 BTS Sites Rollout on Turn Key Basis covering Complete South region with Sub-offices at Hyderabad, Quetta and Sukkur region. Directly Responsible of the execution of Rollout of Warid Phase 6.1 and 6.2 in South Region. The span of the project scattered in Sindh and Baluchistan Region. Responsible for the effective Human resource planning for the efficient rollout in the regions.

CMPak Project Phase-1:• A project of 1433 BTS Sites and 13 BSC roll out on Turn Key basis on Sites scattered on Complete Central region covering both central 1 and Central 2 Regions.• Worked on Access Network Roll out Project of CMPak in Central Region for the execution of 1433 BTS Sites in Complete Central Region. • Directly Responsible for the Execution of Access network in Central-1 Region comprises of Lahore, Faisalabad, Sargooda and Gujranwalla Region having 631 BTS Sites and 09 BSC’s in all the above regions. • For the Execution of this project, I am leading the staff of 24 Civil Engineers, 24 BSS Engineers, 18 QA Inspectors, 12 SA Executives and Four teams of Microwave Installation.JUL-04 – APR-07PROJECT MANAGER – ZHONGXING TELECOM PAKISTANProject for PAKTEL Pvt, LTD:• The Main function of My Job is the management and efficient utilization of Provided Resource for the Successful and timely completion of in-hand Project. • To Perform Management and Resolve Intra-department and inter-departmental issues that might affect either to some part of Project or Human Resource of the project. • Another function is to assign different tasks to different staff members and monitor them, as they might need guidance at any stage.SEP-03 – JUN-04PROJECT MANAGER – ZHONGXING TELECOM PAKISTANPTCL CAPEX 2003 – 2004 Project:• Provided support in the trouble shoot of problems and faults of switches and associated Sites and trunk systems. • Lead a team of technicians in the installation testing and commissioning of new Civil Sites at various locations. • Received training on the advanced Project Management System at ZTE training center Islamabad, Pakistan. • Conducted training of newly hired engineers on different products of ZTE specially the wire lines Civil sites Executives and Four teams of Civil Constructions.
