Associate Product Owner
CurrentConduct requirement-gathering sessions and collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs.Convert business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring cost-saving measures and optimal timelines.Generate innovative ideas and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to address organizational needs.Coordinate with organizational stakeholders for seamless project delivery, proposing alternative approaches to complex problems for cost optimization.Work with engineering and support teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.Facilitate and lead scrum meetings and related events to maintain project momentum and foster collaboration.Lead and conduct comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of system functionalities and products.Take ownership of the product backlog, manage it effectively, and assist in sprint backlog refinement.Utilize tracking systems such as JIRA or TFS to enter, organize, and prioritize requirements, ensuring transparent communication and seamless workflow management.Report project activities and review progress on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis, presenting findings to management for decision-making.Managing and taking complete ownership of product backlog and helping with a sprint backlogProviding a healthy feature/project delivery forecast by involving the team to get an estimation of the backlogEnsuring a well-groomed product backlog for at least two months in advanceEntering requirements into a tracking system (JIRA, TFS, etc.)Supervising support ticket reporting and handlingEnsuring client responsiveness within 24 hoursEnsuring good customer representation in the Scrum teamEnsuring quality of ‘Definition of Done’ according to the client’s requirements and organizational standards.
