I was Shop Manager for 3rd floor "Home" on Kgs Nytorv and was at its busiest period responsible for over 100 employees.I was promoted to Dep Sales Manager and spent amongst other areas almost a year managing Mens Wear.

Went on a quick visit as I was challenged to be part of the turn-around in this chain of electronics stores. I ran a store and was involved in developing concepts as well.

Returned to JYSK to challenge myself in establishing JYSK and opening shops in foreign countries and running one of the largest JYSK stores in Denmark.I was also responsible for the district in my district managers absence.

Spent this period of time learning a great deal about leadership, as I was given the task running the department for women clothes and its 51 female employees.
