It was an overwhelming experience working at ProperGaanda. It was a 6-week long part-time internship. I started my work as a Cricket Writer, focusing on covering all the PSL and cricket-oriented news. Later, I was given the position of News Writer, which was very informative and valuable. -From content writing to designing 5-8 posters daily on different niches, this role helped to make my time management skills proficient.-From covering matches and curating content around PSL to researching, this experience gave me a guidebook for future endeavors. -This position allowed me to understand the environment of online news agencies, the importance of appreciation, and the professional norms of working in a team. -I have become experienced in using Canva through the help of the seniors.- I also participated in regular team meetings where we brainstormed innovative and interesting content ideas and discussed the company's creative direction.-I also did several opinion pieces and recorded some video content. I wish ProperGaanda a successful future. I hope this agency flourishes with each passing day.
