KEYRESPONSIBILITIES • Being the focal point of contact to the client (Saudi Aramco), Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing and preparing SPDP documents. • Provide to supplier instruction for preparing an SPDP as per requirement of Project Procurement Standards Committee SAEP-31. • Monitoring SPDP submittal by frequent communication and follow-up with SAPMT, IMI and• Ability to resolve pending issue with supplier and sub-vendors • To perform coordinating, reviewing, cataloging services of Spare Parts Data Package (SPDP) and deliver a complete structured descriptions of equipment, general supply, spare parts. • Data Management: Gathering detailed information about spare parts data packages. • Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company • Coordinating all procuring & expediting activities done by the centralized expediting function between all disciplines, PMT and Aramco representatives. • Setting up and conducting kick off meetings between vendor procurement and technical team. • Following up the NMR601/602/603 submissions and review with respective disciplines. • Submitting the reviewed NMR documents to SAPMT and to vendors after approval. • Monitoring vendor’s monthly status reports and financial status. • Participate in periodic expediting review meetings between the company and SAPMT
