Worked as project Manager for Unified distribution project upto 36kv with Saudi Electricity Company Dammam.

My knowledge of designing, programming, integrating and commissioning the EIB/KNX system meant that I played a fundamental part in projects which required building controls. My expertise is in Building Automation (EIB/KNX), Systems Integration, Sustainable Technologies and Lighting Design.In my capacity as a specialist in intelligent buildings I often attended initial client meetings to clarify and promote the new technology.Responsible to thoroughly understand and communicate stakeholder requirements to appropriate team members & manage all requirements accordingly.Responsible for accomplishing the stated project objectives,Key project management responsibilities include creating clear and attainable project objectives.Responsible for building the project requirements, and managing the constraints of the project management triangle, which are cost, time, scope, and quality.Track progress and review project tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately.Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goalsHaving the ability to adapt to the various internal procedures of the contracting party, and to form close links with the nominated representatives.In simple i am responsible for all the key issues including1. Managing the project conflictsTo successfully manage the project management process, requires full-time commitment and for me first and foremost, project management is a TEAM SPORT, and in today's modern society it relies on the principal players of the team taking responsibility and accountability for those aspects of the project they have been charged with. Indeed, this ethos should be passed down to all team members irrespective of their level of involvement in the project.

Coordinate with vendors/sub vendors/statutory authorities like electrical supply authorities/electrical inspectorates, day to day interfacing/co-ordination with contractors, technical, O&M/ commercial departments. Co-operation with consultant and contractors to solve the issues In the meetings from the submittal to approval and handoverProviding a complete automation environment by commissioning with Engineering Tool Software (ETS).Provide a true satisfaction to client with testing of panels and providing them a complete detail for the technology and field.Designing of panels depending on number of modules required in the particular area under coverage.Designing network layout for sensors based on electrical lighting requirements of building.Preparing single line diagram of panel & devices, depending on the no. of modules in each panel.Finalization of riser diagram as per no. of panels and structure of building.Designing of shop drawing for panels based on lighting & power IFC drawings.Interface of EIB/KNX with the AV system.Prepare and study technical drawings, specification of electrical system, and topographical map to ensure that installation and operation conform to standards and customer requirement.Confer with engineer, customer and other to discuss existing or potential engineering projects. Programming products like shade control via outdoor brightness, master selector switch panels, AV system, Dimming, occupancy sensors, multi-function switches, application logic units, line couplers, repeaters, IP routers, switch actuators, shutter actuators and other program-able devices related to lighting control system.

To plan and schedule the work and efficiently organize the site / facilities in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines.To attend regular meetings with clients, architects and consultants and keeping them informed of progress. To supervise and monitor the site labor force through General Foreman and or Supervisors, monitoring the work of any subcontractors to complete the work as per customer's satisfaction. To oversee quality control and safety matters on the site, and ensure that regulations are adhered to.To resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time.To oversee the selection and requisition of materials for use in the construction / maintenance, to check whether the materials are as specified. To supervise and ensure proper maintenance of materials and to advice on technology and modifications required for a simpler and cost saving mechanism. To prepare necessary paperwork for the completion of work and get it authorized by the client after their inspection. To develop a relationship with the Project Engineer and prepare periodical reports on the progress of work.Familiar with the different international standards such as SAES, SAMSS, IEC, NEMA, AEIC, SASO, BS, ASTM, ANSI, ICES and UL etc.Working on different Saudi ARAMCO standards like P111, P104, P107, P116, B068, J902, P123, and P121 etc.Supervision of Installation and modification of cable trays, connectors, elbows and grounding according to NEMA VE 1,and NEMA VE 2 Standards.Supervision of Installation of Conduits like RGS (rigid galvanized steel), PVC (poly vinyl chloride) and PVC coated RGS according to NEMA RN1.Supervision of Installation and termination of Push Button and LCS (local control station).Having good knowledge about the engineering drawings and make modification in it if needed.
