Working with IDO as Project Manager Livelihood and Protection supported by the CRS. The project is implemented in suburbs of Quetta--Mughal Abad, Ghous Abad and Qadri Abadi for both the Afghan and Host communities. The project aims to have a dignified quality life for the Afghan Refugees and the host community. The project has three components, education, Livelihood and Protection.

Maintain good relations with the donors, government, implementing partners and NGOs working in the education sector. •Conduct dialogues with the donors, implementing partners and communities (wherever necessary) with respect to program development and drawing terms of partnership between the stakeholders. •Contracting consultants, wherever required, in consultation with the Managing Director, and manage and monitor their assignments. •Prepare annual work plan on the prescribed format of the World Bank •Responsible for all aspects of the project proposals initiated by the PD&C section. •Monitor all communication strategies developed by the different sections for the BEF programs/activities. •Supervise all communication material development, production and distribution. •Prepare CD & DA section’s quarterly and annual reports on regular basis. •Responsible for all CD, CB & DA section expenses, based on the financial powers delegated by the Managing Director.
