Having a background in which I have worked in both large and small companies in very different positions, I am so lucky, that I have dealt with most of the challenges of "doing business". Using my: ★ high level of energy (personal drive) ★ commitment ★ enthusiastic approach ★ innovative mindset ★ international experience and ★ complete focus on customers I have proven, that I can:✔ Develop and implement the right strategic solutions✔ Take the complexity out of advanced solutions✔ Bring solutions successful to the market✔ Create loyal customer relations✔ Grow sustainable income✔ Handle big turn-arounds✔ and everything on an international levelAnd importantly - to me - this has been done based on a set of values that:✔ Allow me to grow agile and focused colleagues with high degree of team spirit✔ Have colleagues all around the organisation trust and embrace the vision and strategy of the company and love getting to work each day facing constant change✔ Get customers to believe in the vision and strategy✔ Have the endusers embrace our solutions in a way where they say: "We can't live without it"In my early career I worked for both Jørgen Bjerregaard, Group CEO, The Stibo Group and Anders Dam, CEO, Stibo Systems (now CEO, Jyske Bank) in international markets. They became my mentors. They helped me lean the importance in understanding my customers and their challenges in their markets. They grew my dedication to customers which allows me to build bridges between customers and complex solutions.Digitalization is still being a great challenge in all kinds of companies. We still have a lot of great work to do in order to make everyday users of digital solutions see them as aids to reach the goal - rather than walls that have to be climbed. My wish for the future: Continue my work on building bridges

Owner - DirectorSomebody Aps Oct 2013 - PresentAarhus, DenmarkDuring my time as CEO at magPeople I also assisted Bonnier Tidskrifter in creating a new company: Mag+ (http://magplus.com). The challenge was to develop a strategy - and a product - for a digital publishing solution to fit the tablet market. In 2011 a complete concept was handed over to the company. In Oct. 2013 I was asked to assist Mag+ in creating yet another new world leading digital publishing concept. Since 2006 I had already been working as a "coach" / "board member" / "consultant" for different companies in both Denmark and Sweden so the request for assistance was an ideal reason to organize these activities under someBody. -

Investor - With A Great ExitFlightlogger Oct 2014 - Mar 2022After having assisted Flightlogger since the early start of the company - and having been a student myself using the product (PPL(A) and SEIR(A) ) - I was invited by the existing investors to become a new investor in the company. We scaled the company to the point where investment companies started to put forward offers. In March 2022 I had sold all my shares to Arcadea, who became a majority investor. This was my 4th startup company. I'm so proud of the work we did together at FlightLogger. -
CeoFlightlogger Nov 2015 - Dec 2016AarhusAfter having coached Kenneth, the founder at FlightLogger, for 3 years, and having been allowed to become an investor in Oct. 2014,I was asked to become the CEO of the company. And naturally I said yes. The company combined the things that I like the most:A young organisation that works with the most modern technologies! And not only that ...The company had enormous potential: No other company had a product that "fitted the job" better for it's customers. After 1 year of "heavy work" FlightLogger had almost doubled the amount of customers and I "passed the baton" back to the founder of the company - feeling the relief, that the company now was in "safe harbor".Customers were starting to join the company - without any further sales effort. -

CeoMagpeople Dec 2006 - Aug 2013Aarhus, DenmarkAfter having redefined the company's strategy and customer focus the company was split in 2: CCI Sourcing - which focused on outsourcing of graphical production, and CCI Magazine. I became the CEO and was asked to develop a new company strategy targeted at magazine publishers. In Marts 2007 - after having used Knowbody's existing magazine customer base to do a lot of research - the strategy was finalized. In Nov. 2007 the first prototype of the new concept - CAOS - went live at Benjamin Media. Later both Bonnier Tidskrifter and Bonnier Publications also became customers. As of Feb. 25 2011 the company name was changed from CCI Magazine to magPeople. This was done to sharpen the company's profile and distinguish the magazine division from the "big sister" CCI Europe - the newspaper division. In August 2013 The Stibo Group decided to merge the newspaper division and the magazine division. The newspaper division had come to realize that the future of newspapers was more like magazines. magPeople became a department under CCI Europe and the core product and customer focus was to become a cornerstone in CCI Europe's growth.Primary focus: Everything what it takes to run and grow a company (development of new concepts and strategies ).Focus: "Doing the impossible" - for the second time -
CtoMagpeople Mar 2006 - Dec 2006Aarhus, DenmarkThe Stibo Group bought Knowbody to make us part of a new division. The new division was to focus on software for magazine publishing. A strategy had been defined and The Stibo Group had already invested in a lot of software. But after only a few months analysis of the magazine industry this strategy was proven not to fit the market. So a completely new strategy had to be developed. The company had to start all over. This involved doing a lot of research in order to find "the right customer focus". Primary focus: Everything needed to start a new company.Focus: "Kickstart yet another company"

DirectorKnowbody Aps Aug 2000 - Mar 2006Aarhus, DenmarkIn 2000 I decided to start a company that should develop software solutions for the graphical industry. At that time the "bubble hadn't burst" and everyone was still creating companies with names like "ahead". Based on the assumption that "things had to change" and sanity would get back to the software industry the company was named Knowbody.Knowbody was able to aquire customers like: Adobe, Apple, Nike, Playboy, Martha Stewart Living, Time Inc. and Meredith Corp.During the years I developed a close relationship to Adobe which lead to a lot of interest. Adobe actually paid Knowbody to visit their Seattle InDesign development team and they also became a customer. Adobe asked Knowbody to develop a plugin that was used as a marketing gimmick during the InDesign CS2 release. It was this relationship and the special customer oriented culture within Knowbody that lead The Stibo Group to buy Knowbody in Marts 2006. The company became the foundation in order to start a new magazine division "CCI Magazine" (later renamed to magPeople)At the end of 2013 all of the original Knowbody software - some of which was created 10 years earlier - was still part of the product portfolio in The Stibo Group.Primary tasks: Everything needed to run a new company. Strategy, Sales, Management, Marketing etc.Focus: "Build a new company"
