In my new role as BCOL for Stantec Transportation in British Columbia, I support and manage a diverse team of experts in the Transportation field and I am accountable for staffing and resourcing for the overall team, overseeing financial performance, and driving quality in project delivery.

Managing and leading a team of project managers who are delivering projects for a number of different industries and clients throughout the province of BC, as well as delivering projects of my own.

• Responsible for the delivery of new public infrastructure projects, meeting project objectives on time and on budget• Utilized project management fundamentals to organize, manage and control all aspects of projects through all phases of project life cycles.• Monitored and controlled scope, schedule, budget and quality to achieve project objectives. • Organized and led project teams composed of internal and external resources, managing expectations and issues.• Designed and implemented communication plans to help facilitate stakeholder and client input into the process to deliver a successful product.• Balanced often competing project expectations and objectives between opposing variables and stakeholder concerns. • Contract Management, cost estimating, problem solving, decision making and communication of project performance and progress internally and externally.

- Completion of consulting archaeology services (AOAs, AIAs, monitoring and mitigation) for a variety of clients throughout B.C. - Established and maintained positive working relationships with clients, First Nations communities and other stakeholders- Lab analysis and report writing in order to document field work and meet provincial reporting requirements as well as reporting to clients and stakeholders.
