Passementerie Europa is a home decor distribution company. My responsibilities include customer support, billing, account management and vendor relations. I'm the main contact for all clients and vendors. I'm also organizing and managing projects to develop new product collections. I work collaboratively with our manufacturer to develop product and ensure pricing and quality conditions are met.

I started this company in 2005. It was an online incentivized marketing company. I ran the day-to-day operations including customer support, website management and order fulfillment, as well as all financial and administrative tasks, including managing relationships with various affiliate marketing agencies. I created marketing campaigns using Google Adwords and various other ad marketplaces. I hired and supervised German support agent to work with German customer base. In 2007, I traveled to an affiliate marketing convention to explore new opportunities in the industry and cultivate existing relationships.
