As a bartender at Dale Hill, I provided top-class service to the standards of a four-star hotel, as well as providing personalised service for club members and managing hospitality provision for major events such as weddings, corporate meetings and golf days.

As a qualified Level 7 referee with the Sussex FA, I refereed weekly junior football matches and tournaments in the Crowborough & District Junior Football League, as well as freelance refereeing work directly through local clubs.
