For three years after college, I toured nationally with my own band, The Blue Party. I booked the majority of the gigs and dealt with the majority of the management aspects. In addition, I was the primary songwriter. We disbanded in the summer of 2012.

I joined the Aquarium Drunkard team in 2008 to work on the business development of the company while we were still in start-up mode. The music blog, Aquarium Drunkard, has since gone on to be named the "Best Independent Music Blog in America" by MTV and has received wide recognition throughout the music industry. I also worked to develop the business operations of Autumn Tone Records, a separate record label associated with the blog.
