Voyager Global Mobility (VGM) is a rapidly growing mobility operating company that provides professionally managed vehicles to drivers and software company partners in the trillion-dollar asset side of the smart mobility industry: ride-hailing, on-demand travel and car sharing.

Key Accountabilities:• Contribute to and participate in fundraising efforts including due diligence efforts with investors and VC firms• Recruit, hire, and coach top notch talent for build out of digital-first supply chain solutions• Provide strategic vision and budgetary estimates to build out a world-class, digitally focused 3PL solution• Present, architect, develop, and iterate on SaaS AWS solution to verify proper focus on MVP delivery• Oversee product management and motivate development roadmap through competitive research and analysis• Identify, vet, negotiate, and obtain third party solutions and managed service partners to expedite MVP• Design and drive high-level technical and solution architecture for eCommerce 3PL solution to future reliability, availability, scalability, and future growth (Java, Javascript, Node.js, Lambda, Postgres, DynamoDB, S3)

Key Accountabilities:• Shepherd organization of nine direct reports, 70 total employees and 30+ offshore vendors via servant leadership• Prepared and oversaw annual budget of approximately $13M+ CapEx/OpEx, added extra $5M business case• Relied upon to ensure stable and highly compliant systems for the largest customs entry filer in the US, processing in excess of 7M entries per year, and 2nd largest customs entry filer by value in Canada• Leveraged new technologies (OCR, AI/ML, RPA) to achieve operational efficiencies and aid in funding new solutions

Key Accountabilities:• Global responsibility for providing strategic vision and execution leadership to 16 direct reports, 110 total employees and 50+ offshore vendors• Formulated and managed $30M+ CapEx/OpEx budgets, as well as $7M in additional budget • Instrumented entire application through AppDynamics and Splunk to drive proper site reliability engineering• Championed effective oversight of 2 data centers and infrastructure covering approximately 150 locations globally• Commanded teams for administration, threat prevention, forecasting utilization, and continuous improvement • Effectively orchestrated hybrid cloud strategy and collaborative execution enabling retirement of two data centers
