Responsible for handling projects from A to Z, starting from the project brief and then preparation of Cost & Budgets, Supplier briefing, project leading and Client reporting. Deciding on cash needed to perform the job, negotiating supplier costs and credit period, execution of projects are overlooked along with other operational activities. Make sure the project, activation or promotion results are congruent with client expectations, low cost per contact, maximum reach & mileage achieved with constant changes incorporated to business models to make sure continuous improvement is achieved.

Handling key clients of the company. Main client being CBL munchee and besides handled Dialog, Unilever, Coca Cola, Asian paints and sub brands. Main role was to get client brief and manage project with internal team. Internal team briefing, assist in cost preparation, Visual preparation and client reporting.
