Served as Disaster Cycle Services Intern under Ioana Opris, Disaster Workforce Engagement Manager. During this time I received Service Associate level training under the Red Cross, responsible for supporting the coordination and fulfillment of the staffing needs for all activities and support for visiting staff on a disaster relief operation. This consisted of training in Mass care, Basic operations, Shelter and Deployment Fundamentals and FEMA ICS-100 and ICS-200.During this time, I participated in developing an Abbreviated Leadership Cohort, consisting of various workshops aimed to improve the leadership skill in employees and volunteers. Due to COVID-19, the original full length cohort has been delayed until 2021.

Ipic Entertainment is a luxury dine in movie theater, with 16 locations throughout the country.
