Job skills include:- Work to identify and qualify business opportunities, identify key customer technical objections, and develop a strategy to resolve technical blockers.- Manage the technical relationship with clients, including managing product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of additional technical resources.- Work with customers to demonstrate product integrations, guide customers through assessments of their existing legacy data protection environment(s), provide recommendations on a data protection and threat defense architecture.- Design solutions that span on-premises, public cloud and SaaS offerings.- Work will alliance partners and resellers to design solutions to solve customer problems.- Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as required.- Mentor new Systems Engineers and help document processes and KB articles as needed.
