Leading a diverse team of public and private entities to plan, design, construct, finance and operate a $26.2 million manufacturing facility and distribution center in Mercer County, West Virginia. The project involves the construction of a 200,000 sf manufacturing facility of which 54,000 sf will be in full operation by year end 2021. The project will initially employ 134 people and expand to close to 500 jobs once fully operational. The project also includes the purchase and renovation of a 122,000 sf building at a cost of $2.3 million to establish a distribution center. This is an Opportunity Zone project that will have a significant positive impact in southern West Virginia and SW Virginia. I am intimately involved in leading a team of professionals managing opportunity discovery, technology due diligence, relationship building, project planning, contract negotiation and project capture. Now in my role as Senior Project Manager at the Development Authority of Mercer County, I am spearheading the team responsible for facility design and project financing including all related contract negotiations.
