I have appeared in state and federal district and appellate courts, the ITC, the Court of International Trade, and post-grant proceedings before the USPTO. Industries I have worked in include chemical and oil; pharmaceuticals, biologics, and nutraceuticals; consumer products; medical and dental products, both chemical and mechanical; HVAC equipment and mechanical devices; ANDA/Hatch-Waxman; silicon ingot manufacturing; computer software and hardware; and radio frequency identification (RFID), telecommunications, and wireless technologies.I also serve my clients by providing counsel and legal advice relating to their various licensing, merger, acquisition, and other transactional activities. My pro bono efforts focus primarily on residential real estate disputes, artists involved in intellectual property disputes, and Illinois's Freedom of Information Act.
