• Organizational Measurement – Collect, analyze, and publish results of global programming. Contribute to high-level measurement initiatives, including global indicators, social return on investment, and project evaluation results synthesis.• Data Analysis for Decision Making – Analyze and visualize data related to project performance, financial projections, business development, and value-for-money.• ICT & MIS Implementation – Advise and support field-based staff on management information system (MIS), database design, GIS, mobile data collection, and organizational ICT strategy. Oversee procurement and internal change management processes. Develop communication, training, and implementation plans.• Project Design – Contribute technical and budgetary inputs to design process for multiple donors including USAID, Rockefeller Foundation, Coca-Cola Foundation, DfID, The World Bank, and others.• Performance Monitoring – Advise and support M&E activities throughout program life cycle for natural resource management, civil society, governance, and capacity development projects. Train field-based M&E staff on data quality management, database software, management information systems, mobile technology, evaluation methodologies, and other technical M&E subjects.• Knowledge Management & Learning – Manage online Results & Measurement Community of Practice. Create resources, curate content, facilitate training opportunities, and develop skills of global M&E staff.• Data Transparency & Shared Measurement – Lead global effort to comply with IATI and USAID Open Data Policy. Advise project staff on documentation and de-identification of open data submissions. • Presentation and Communication – Present tools, innovations, experiences, and results at multiple large conferences and informal events. Develop technical documents and analytical research for diverse audiences.
