We help customers understand the value of Puppet Labs products, provide the technical expertise for Proof of Concepts, and ensure that customers are successful with Puppet.As a Technical Solutions Engineer, I conduct webinars, speak at industry events, work with the Engineering and Product teams to align development with with customer use cases, and contribute code and fixes for Puppet, Facter, and similar projects.
