This is the largest rare tumors program in United States treating approximately 70 new patients per year. The program provides free consultation service to physicians around the world. In the two years since inception, 61 cases from 39 institutions and from 32 different cities were presented and discussed in this tumor board. I established multiple national registries for rare tumors. This program is now recognized as a premier program for children with rare tumors in North America.

Cook Clinic in McAllen . In this role, I was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations of the center, which includes partnering with nursing and administrative leaders. In addition, I worked with the Division Head in recruiting clinical faculty, financial planning, and strategic planning. Eight associate directors reported to me in this role. I led COVID19 related changes in patient care, physician safety, telemedicine and strategic planning.
