Since 1999, Mr. Hale has been in senior leadership positions in the Biopharmaceutical Industry. Most recently, Mr. Hale’s tenure at Pfizer, expanded his management scope to a global one, where he was instrumental to the integration and expansion of the Packaging Services Operations throughout Asia. As part of a strategic initiative to expand operations throughout the Asian Emerging Markets, Mr. Hale drove management strategies, deployed and successfully launched packaging harmonization initiatives, and built successful cross-functional teams. He has a reputation of achieving project milestones ahead of schedule and under budget, while building lasting team relationships.Today, as Co-Founder of Essential Energy Spa & Mystical Center Inc. a Non-Profit, he has been able to fund, organize, create and launch a wellness technology into St Augustine to promote the body's ability to self heal. The 24 unit bio-scalar system manufactured by Energy Enhancement System, is a miracle technology that creates an environment for the body to recognize the surrounding energy in our facility and start the process of self-healing.
