As the Director of Asset Management, Reid Soliman oversees the management and operations of the company’s net leased real estate portfolio exceeding $375 million in assets under management (AUM), comprising over 1.5 million square feet and accommodating more than 250 tenants. In this role, Mr. Soliman is responsible for operations and investment management, strategic planning, development strategy, and supervision over comprehensive financial reporting. Collaborating closely with Executive Leadership, Reid is accountable for establishing and executing investment strategies for each asset under management, aiming to increase value and maximize portfolio returns.Reid earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo. During his academic journey at the Orfalea School of Business, he was an active member of the Financial Management Association. Reid currently resides in Santa Monica, CA.
