• Spearheaded the business unit’s main innovation project for the half-year business review, which aims to analyze social media trends and enhance content moderators’ decision-making, utilizing Power BI for data visualization, Python for web scraping, ETL, and machine learning, and Google Sheets as a relational database with basic data warehousing concepts.• Revamped our business unit’s three major Power BI reports for improved user interface and user experience using advanced DAX techniques, proper data modeling, various analysis methods, fast response to report changes, and continuous communication with the stakeholders to meet their requirements, decreasing the overall report downtime by 50%, increasing their viewer count by 40%, and total views by around 367%.• Created a web application in Google Apps Script and JavaScript, used by over 100 Team Leaders from three different sites as a part of a Six Sigma Black Belt process improvement project for content moderators’ decision validation and root-cause analysis, which improved overall Average Handle Time (AHT) of our business unit by 22 seconds.• Automated several processes of previously manual data dumping to Google Sheets for weekly business review decks using Python ETL scripts.• Extensively used SQL for dashboard creations/modifications and various data requests.

Philippines

• Contributed to the design and analysis of an RGB-NIR camera for a 2U nanosatellite imaging mission that received second place in the Nanosat Mission Idea Contest (NMIC) organized by Philippine Space Agency (PhilSA).• Developed a land cover image classification algorithm using a clustering and thresholding methods to be implemented in a microcontroller with a low-power limitation for Maya-7 2U nanosatellite.

• Presided over and organized the general assemblies and executive committee meetings of the organization, for communicating its mission and vision, facilitating collaboration among different officers and members, and providing transparency for the organization’s activities.• Oversaw the organization’s transition from online to face-to-face setup, ensuring the smooth reintroduction of various pre-pandemic events and traditions and the implementation of new systems for organization's communication and productivity.• Hosted, talked as a guest speaker, and provided assistance as an ad hoc committee member in several events of the organization.

• Provided assistance for the project "Classification of Dielectric Materials from Impedance Measurements using Neural Networks," at the Robotics and Automation Research Laboratory (RAL), Department of Electrical Engineering, University of the Philippines Los Baños.• Conducted data exploration and cleaning of more than 20 CSV files for improving neural network classification algorithms' accuracy.• Constructed a curve fitting algorithm for automatically determining a material’s impedance properties (e.g., rubber, paper, and starch) based on their impedance spectroscopy response.• Prepared a Request for Quotation (RFQ)/Bid Form for research projects’ budget requests.
