As a career specialist in the University of Jyväskylä (JYU), I'm an expert in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education. Teaching in entrepreneurship- and project -related courses and project coordination in JYU, EduFutura & Jyväskylä Startup Factory as well as in FORTHEM Alliance. I also help students in their career planning, organizations to collaborate with our university, and researchers to communicate with organizations. I'm doing my PhD in JSBE, related with emergent entrepreneurial behavior in organizations and organizational renewal. I'm a coordinator in water polo club Jyväskylän Saukot and in Uimaliitto - Aquatics Finland and work in assistance of water polo clubs and water polo national teams in Finland, especially in marketing and communications.
