Responsibilities included planning, implementation, monitoring, analyzing and reporting of Lippupiste's and event organizers' B2B & B2C marketing campaigns through various media (e.g. social media, display, email, mobile, SEM, newspapers, Event magazine, and live events). Acted as the main user for various online marketing solutions e.g. Meltwater Connect, AdWords, EmediateAd, AdMeta, Apsis, Postiviidakko, Facebook.In addition, supported the implementation and development of various online delivery, managing and tracking solutions, as well as various solution integration and automation projects (e.g. CRM, Frosmo). Furthermore, supported the utilisation and commercialisation of the customer (B2B & B2C) loyalty programmes of Lippupiste’s strategic partners e.g. Finnair and Veikkaus. Also, was responsible for the successful change of Lippupiste’s email marketing solution and message templates (2013).
