I am a sophomore in the Kelley school of business studying business administration. My position at Sundaes Homemade Ice cream was a shift manager. I really liked that position because I was able to lead employees, train them, work along with them, and also problem-solve together. While working there, I served many different types of customers, I learned many things about communication and how to please the customer. I really love communicating with new people and working in this position because it introduced me to so many new connections and relationships.
