Hi! I am a junior at the University of Colorado, Boulder, pursuing a B.A. in Political Science with minors in History and Communications through the CU Boulder Arts and Sciences Honors Program. I am passionate about promoting mindful public policy and ensuring effective communication from governing bodies to constituencies. After completing my undergraduate degree, I plan to pursue a Master's in Public Administration following a gap year to enhance my skills as a communications professional with a focus in policy and government relations. My interest in policy began in middle school and has since driven my involvement in various facets of the political arena, including student governance and volunteer initiatives. These experiences have led me to leadership roles in both the American University Student Government (where I began my collegiate journey) and CU Student Government. Additionally, I have gained valuable insights and skills as a communications intern in the offices of Congressman Joe Neguse (CO-02) and Governor Jared Polis (CO). I have also contributed to campaigns in the Boulder/Denver metro area and remain active in voter empowerment projects and workshops within my communities.
