At Seaport Diagnostics I was tasked with working on the company's scrum board application. Most of my time was split working on the front-end angular based side along with the back-end java based side. Notable technologies utilized includes Spring, AWS, Gradle, Docker, SourceTree, and Angular. My contributions to the project include upgrading it from Angular 9 to 12, creating data visualization components, and writing detailed user documentation for current/new employees on the software. After working on the project for 6 months it was sent out as the first co-op release to production.

Throughout my time working as an IT assistant I have prepared dozens of new computers and technology, aided many staff members in navigating software and utilizing hardware, and maintained inventory and device health. A typical day would involve me doing inventory by inspecting all laptops and tablets, charging them, and installing new software and updates. I would then go around the office and answer any questions staff had and provided technical support as needed. Finally, I'd either work on either setting up new meeting rooms or preparing new devices for first time use.

Worked as an accounting assistant for a small tax firm. I handled scheduling clients, appointment reminders, and worked on a small team of high schoolers to process and file tax documents and create tax returns.

I joined the Sears team a few months before the store permanently closed. The stores was in it's liquidation phase so days were long and extremely hectic. Days consisted of me arriving before opening, preparing the store for opening, and then working the cash register, selling fixtures, or moving inventory. Communication was key in working the last few weeks because as prices got better, the crowds grew larger and larger, eventually rivaling black Friday. Our small team had to work tirelessly to ensure we could sell everything before the store finally closed. The key skills I gained from this experience were ability to work under pressure, dedication to working on a team, and customer relations/ the ability to diffuse a bad situation.
