I am pioneering the M&T Bank brand into the new Connecticut market. Building and developing entirely new business lending and deposit relationships to build portfolio of households. I provide a high level of service, offer creative financial solutions, and serve as a true business partner to my customers. I provide finance options for businesses across several industries for equipment financing, SBA lending, commercial mortgages, line of credit facilities and debt consolidation.

My primary directive is to be a new business development officer for business banking in the greater Danbury business market, which includes- Danbury, Bethel, Brookfield, Redding, Ridgefield, New Fairfield, New Milford and Sherman. I work with businesses of all sizes on lending, deposit relationship, and identifying additional needs to cross sell for growth. I make 20-40 outbound in person calls to existing customers, warm leads and new leads. I arrange an average of 6 appointments weekly.I am licensed and certified to originate residential mortgages, write life insurance, and sell securities. I design and perform product presentations for corporate and personal clients to increase market deposit growth. I create promotions for market to launch new products to niche markets. I plan community events to make new contacts and introduce the brand. I facilitate training for company salespeople on new business development, needs based selling techniques and effective networking. I am responsible for managing and motivating sales team to meet extensive variety of financial product sales goals, including business and personal checking unit and deposit growth, small business lending, business services, investment dollars, and Residential and consumer lending. I work as a coach to newer branch managers to help them build business, manage branch, motivate team, and develop. I have implemented a strategy to "remove silos" between bank divisions by holding quarterly Customer Relationship Meetings that bring together my reports and our product partners from 10+ areas. The meetings create a stronger partnership and more collaboration between regional banking and product partners to work as a cross functional team.
