Retaining and implementing knowledge of all applicable Standard Operating Procedures, demonstrating responsible and dependable behavior, and is open to change and adapts to new information or unexpected obstacles also worked with FEMA- Federal Emergency Management Agency, under the Department of Homeland Security as Incident Management-Individual Intake Specialist at Texas National Processing Service Center in Denton, Texas. I serve as a client services representative; as such completes the initial disaster assistance registration procedure: processes a variety of claims or requests for disaster assistance; and/or provides various types of information regarding available programs to people applying for disaster assistance by telephone after a Presidentially-declareddisaster. Business Administration Major in Human Resource Development graduate; I have served in bothlocal and international organizations. I am also a member of the United Nations Association. I am trained in the Office of the Emergency Management in case of activation. Graduated the Department of Homeland Security Associates Program major in Homeland Security sponsored by DHS and TSA. Completed Harvard Kennedy School of Government Executive Program for Emerging Leaders in Boston Massachusetts last June 2017 and 2022 Covid-19 's Economic Impact and Crafting and Effective Policy Response.
