Having fulfilled senior management positions both in public and private sector before turning to consulting, I know the value management information can create for a business.I look for efficiency and quality in BI systems - data warehouse should be sound, resilient to whatever changes in other business/reporting applications, business planning and forecasting should be integrated with analysis and provide up to date view at any time.I have led the development of Optime solution for budgeting & forecasting - a simple and elegant way to extend Microsoft BI stack. Yes, it enables planning on top of Power BI as well.Over two decades activity based costing has been one of my core competencies. Tens of public and in-house trainings, development of Optime ABC software and initiating and leading the nationwide healthcare pricing project based on ABC are a few accomplishments on this road.I like people who are passionate about what they do and always willing to learn something new.
