- Active participation in the implementation and management of projects (PMO) for technology and energy companies. - Processes redefinition for retail company, impacting on customer service projects.- Management and planning of sales expansion for energy company. - Prioritization and definition of new KPI tree, and development of governance model for Supply area.- Structuring and development of business model for corporate segment in an IT company.- Management of new smart meter product development (IoT technology). - Management of teams dedicated to delivering the projects.

- Large projects management, working at corporate Project Management Office (PMO).- Project Management and rollout of M&A operations in mining companies, involving Asian companies/stakeholders, being responsible for team’s leadership and schedule control.- Participation in cement and steel companies’ incorporation process, managing the implementation team and assuring compliance with applicable laws. - Participation in the management of Alliance model contract, budgeted above R$ 5bi, defining areas working scope, indicators management and budget revaluation.- Involved in the management of Transnordestina railroad project implementation and definition of indicators which would lead to the improvements in the implementation.- Evaluation of economic viability of investments (Steel projects).- Responsible for budget monitoring and spending control in the company’s projects.

- Support to Supply area on a R$ 500 MM demand, after new system (ERP) implementation.- Job rotation on Operations (Steel and Mining) and Capex Review areas.- Action plans to improve Equipment operation efficiency on railroad construction – consistent upgrade, moving from 33% to 70% (total efficiency).- Definition of equipment repair process for greenfield project in steel sector, being responsible for business improvement and speed in the process.- Rollout of new product in a mining company, adding value to operation and resulting in +13% revenues within the year.
