During my research, I was responsible for configuring sensors using Kinect and integrating them into the ROS (Robot Operating System) system. The main objective was to capture images of pigs in order to apply them to machine learning algorithms. This approach aimed to improve animal identification, contributing to the development of solutions in the field of livestock farming, with a focus on efficiency and animal welfare.

Scientific Initiation in the area of the Internet of Things (IoT), with the aim of mapping different pre-existing sensors in the city and developing new devices to meet specific demands. Using the Sentilo platform, it was possible to consume the data collected in real time and make it dynamically available to the population, allowing for more efficient and accessible monitoring of various urban parameters, such as air quality, noise pollution levels, among others. This project was supported by the Araucária Foundation and led by UTFPR-TD professors, integrating research and technological innovation to improve the quality of life in the city.
