Formulate observation and recommendations in writing for a more efficient, cost-effective workflow process and cost savings with contracted service vendors. Analysis and implement new site policies and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency of department. Develop and maintain client and staff relationships. Provide ongoing coaching and personal development of onsite Team. Source new vendor relationships and client cost savings initiatives for added value. Serve as liaison between Firm and Building Management.Troubleshoot office systems malfunction and expedite service repairs to ensure that climate control, lighting, and security systems remain in good working order, particularly in critical areas, e.g. data center and meeting rooms. Implement plans and procedures that assure the well-being of the office environment, including preventative maintenance, cleaning and waste management, and maintenance, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems. Monitor performance of all vendors, and manage the invoice process, ensuring accurate billing to the appropriate department and invoice approval. Create Operation Manuals or Playbook to ensure the FSO brand is consistent throughout all client locations.
