I worked as an IT Analyst and SSM (Site Service Manager) in the IT department at Syngenta Paulínia. I was responsible for maintaining the functional integrity of the internal network and the links (main and secondary) of Paulínia's website. I participated in the implementation of projects such as Telephony over IP, Outsourcing Printing, Rollout Workstations, Rollout Switches, Rollout Servers, Azure, Office 365, Telepresence, fiber optic exchange and certification. I supported several projects always focused on Infrastructure, Network (physical/wireless) and relationship with suppliers.
