CurrentNFE Qatar EnergyLead Progress & Reporting EngineerThe North Field Expansion project, led by Qatargas, aims to boost production by adding four 8Mtpa LNG trains. This will increase production capacity from 77 to 110 Mtpa by 2025. Partnering with Chiyoda Corporation for FEED and CTJV for EPC, the project targets over a 25% reduction in GHG emissions with a $28.75 billion investment.•Executing Qatar Energy's NFE LNG 4 Mega Trains 8 Mtpa onshore project with a budget of $28 billion, employing Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) and sequencing through Activity-Based Scheduling (ABS) and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). Ensuring adherence to planning programs, procedural regulatory requirements, and safety standards.•Monitoring schedule progress against targets, deviations, floats, lags, constraints, and sequence relationships to quantify their impact, issuing early warnings to mitigate incidents and ensure a healthy schedule.•Implementing project control measures to track the progress of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-Commissioning, and Commissioning phases between Qatar Energy and contractors.•Analyzing risk milestones to optimize resource allocation, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery by Planning Packet requirements.•Measuring quantities, productivity of work performed, and resources utilized to achieve targeted performance.•Led cross-functional teams across planning, engineering, procurement, construction, processing, commissioning, and operational stages of LNG facilities, driving progress toward planning targets.•Maintaining control processes to ensure the integrity and reliability of Qatar Energy LNG and contractor construction reports monthly and weekly.•Engaging stakeholders and contractors to resolve technical challenges and accelerate project timelines.•Utilizing data analytics and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process optimization during the LNG EPC by tools as ProDom, Documentum, PIMS, PMCS, CDMS, and Power BI.
