Realizei análises e pesquisas tecnológicas para tornar este sonho uma realidade.Gestão de Equipe: Coordenei um time multidisciplinar composto por mais de 10 engenheiros de áreas como naval, ambiental e elétrica, bem como arquitetas de diversas regiões do Brasil.Licenciamento e Compliance: Garanti a aprovação do projeto por diversos órgãos e obtive as necessárias autorizações de entidades como a Marinha, IMA, SPU e o governo federal e municipal.Gestão de Crise: Em 2022, um ciclone impactou o empreendimento antes mesmo da inauguração, causando deslocamento da estrutura em obras para uma praia local. Rapidamente, implementei um Plano de Ação Ambiental, criando um comitê de crise e mobilizando uma equipe multidisciplinar para restaurar o meio ambiente, uma operação que durou 6 meses.Hoje, olho para trás e vejo os desafios como pilares de aprendizado e crescimento, tornando-me mais resiliente e preparado para enfrentar qualquer adversidade futura.
