In the last 13 years, he was responsible for the implementation of structuring projects (SAP, CRM, MRV Obras, BPM, etc.) that generated the fundamental basis for the company's digital transformation process, and which is promoting the complete digitalization of the customer experience. The digital transformation process currently has 30 Squads and more than 250 employees structured in the Agile model.He is an Electronic Engineer with a master’s degree in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
